Lovely couple Clare & Craig Dalton raised a sum of £510 through the kind contributions of their guests. They own Dalegarth House hotel in Portinscale near Derwentwater. The money was raised from an optional £1 donation on the invoice for each guest and it’s great to hear that almost all the guests were happy to make this small additional sum. Not only that but there was an extra amount from the sale of Clare’s recipe for her amazing flapjack!
This is a great initiative and like all donations is very much appreciated.
