A mountain biker crashed on the red south trail at Whinlatter causing a painful injury to his chest and minor cuts to his face. Keswick team were able to park near to the man and after assessing the injuries and providing pain relief he was stretchered to an air ambulance for onward transfer to Carlisle hospital.
