Whilst walking on a footpath through Brundholm woods a man in a party of four started to cross a narrow stream gully on the wooden plank bridge. Whilst crossing one of the planks snapped and the casualty fell into the stream bed below landing badly on his ankle. Whilst the team were assembling, someone ran to the base to inform us of an unwell man in Cockshot Woods. The team split with the first truck approaching Brundholm partly along the railway line. The man was lifted out of the stream bed, his ankle splinted and a stretcher prepared. Team members from the second incident (no. 137) arrived on scene to help carry the man the Landrover on the railway line.
