A woman descending Barrow had unfortunately aggravated a previous knee injury and was unable to continue. After navigating busy traffic through Keswick, the team were quickly on scene and promptly stretchered the woman down to a friend’s car with a recommendation for a check up at hospital.

As this incident was wrapping up the team were re-directed to another callout near Stonethwaite in Borrowdale.
