A woman in an ultra running event had dislocated her shoulder whilst ascending Greenup Gill near Stonethwaite. A race medic attended and provided analgesia whilst Keswick team made their way to the casualty location. A team medic reduced (re-aligned) the shoulder providing sufficient relief from the pain for the woman to make her way on foot back to Stonethwaite, where she was taken care of by the race organisation.
