A walker was reported to have taken a tumble from near the summit of Catbells causing a knee dislocation. A passing paramedic had relocated the knee but the casualty was unable to continue. After a further assessment Keswick team sledged the man on a stretcher to the road where his family took him to hospital for further checks and treatment.
