Another cold and sunny day in the Lakes, but unfortunately for one walker, a slip near the base of Catbells resulted in a lower leg injury. Keswick team were able to access an old mining track in our Land Rovers and get close to the casualty. After some pain relief and splinting the walker was transported to her vehicle and her partner drove her to hospital for an x-ray and further treatment.
