As the team were returning to base after incident 48 in Whinlatter a walker was reported to have injured her ankle on Catbells. The team were re-directed to Catbells and were quickly on scene. The woman was provided pain relief, the ankle splinted and then sledged on the stretcher down to the road. Her family drove her to hospital for further treatment.
