In a remote building near to Dash Falls in the northern fells, a 28 year old male had fallen down the stairs and injured his ankle. A land ambulance attended but could not park anywhere near due to rough nature of the farm track. The ambulance crew therefore had to walk some distance to treat the man. The ambulance service asked if Keswick MRT could assist by providing a 4 x 4 vehicle. A team Land Rover made its way to the scene and transported the casualty to the ambulance at the road head.
