A 49 year old woman slipped and went over on her ankle whilst walking at Ellas Crag below Rowling End in the Newlands Valley. The team reduced (realigned) and splinted the ankle and stretchered the woman down to the team vehicle before taking her to Keswick Cottage Hospital from where she was taken to Carlisle CIC by her partner.
