A solo walker on the Coast to Coast path was reported missing after he had not contacted his wife after two days. Cockermouth MRT asked for support from Keswick and other teams to search paths and locations along the Coast to Coast route from Ennerdale through to Grasmere. Fortunately the man was found safe and well in his tent at Loft Beck, near to the Black Sail hut, in Ennerdale. He had been cut off by rivers in spate and decided to sit tight until the waters subsided.
