A 60 year old man slipped and injured his ankle whilst descending the path off the east side of Latrigg. A Keswick team Land Rover was able to drive to the casualty location, give some pain relief, and strap the ankle. The man and partner were generously provided a lift to Penrith hospital by a passing walker.
