A simple but unfortunate slip whilst descending Latrigg aggravated an old knee injury. Unable to weight bear help was requested. Keswick team made the short walk up the Spooney Green Lane path to the casualty and provided pain relief. A vacuum leg splint was applied and the woman stretchered down to her partner’s car for transfer to hospital for further checks.
