A 79 year old man was out for a family walk at the back of Ullock Pike, a regular walk for the man, when he collapsed. CPR was initiated promptly, many thanks to the other passing walkers who assisted. GNAAS Helimed 58 was quick to respond landing on the ridge above and descending to the casualty. Keswick team also attended but despite the best efforts of everyone involved the man could not be saved. Our deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of the man.
