A mountain biker crashed at the end of the Red North trail at Whinlatter suffering an ankle injury, cuts, grazes and bruising across his body. Helimed 08 from Blackpool and Keswick team deployed but after a medical examination and treatment by the team doctor helimed was stood down and the man stretchered to a land ambulance and taken to hospital.
