A walker on the Cumbria Way path under Lonscale Fell had fallen and broken her arm. After being notified of the incident by NWAS (the ambulance service) Keswick team quickly deployed a vehicle with other team members going direct to the car park behind Latrigg. However on the way we were notified that the casualty had self rescued and had been given a lift by passing walkers to the Cottage Hospital in Keswick.
