A group of young mountain bikers were descending Barrow when one came off and dislocated his knee. Whilst waiting for the Keswick team’s arrival the lads were searching Youtube trying to find instructional videos on how to relocate the knee as their friend was in a lot of pain. Fortunately the team was soon on scene and after some strong analgesia a team medic attempted an unusually difficult patella relocation. The casualty was subsequently stretchered down the hill to an awaiting ambulance for further treatment at hospital.
