A 20 year old male came off his mountain bike at speed suffering a suspected fracture of the femur. A team was quickly dispatched to Revelin Moss. The team were able to drive close to the casualty on forest roads. A second vehicle was dispatched as support. The casualty was assessed and packaged for transfer to a land ambulance for on-going treatment at Carlisle hospital.
