A participant in a trail race, fell over and injured her ankle. The Keswick Team made their way to the location in Brundholm Wood via some dense vegetation. The casualty was assessed, ankle splinted and pain relief given. She was then packaged into a stretcher before being carried to an awaiting team vehicle. A friend then took her to hospital further assessment and treatment.
